Le groupe de méditation contemplative se réunira dans la crypte de 17h00 à 18h45.  \nNotez les dates suivantes pour le 1er semestre 2026 :  7 juin et 12 juillet. \nPour qui ? Pour tous ceux qui désirent pratiquer la méditation chrétienne en communauté. Les débutants sont bienvenus/es! \nComment organiser le temps? \n– 17:00 – 17:20 – Chi kung (mouvement contemplatif) \n– 17:30 – 17:50 – Méditation assise \n– 17:50 – 18:05 – Méditation marchée \n– 18:05 – 18:25 – Méditation assise \n– 18:30 – 18:45 – temps de mise en ordre\, en silence. \nCeux qui le souhaitent peuvent rester pour la messe de 19h00.
